About Us
Paul Montgomery has extensive experience in first aid and emergency situations. As an ex-policeman who served in London and Oxfordshire, Paul attended a lot of vehicle related incidents when he was both a car driver and motorcyclist patrolling Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley. Paul has experience of rendering First Aid 'in the field' and in all conditions.

On retirement, Paul worked as a trainer and training manager for a National Charity for 12 years before establishing PBM First Aid Training. Paul’s speciality is that he offers bespoke training suited to your abilities and needs.
Examples of bespoke courses that he has written are First Aid on the Road and First Aid for People With Learning Difficulties.
Hobbies: For many years, Paul was a scout leader and Morris dancer. He now has more gentle pursuits which include playing bowls, reading and walking his English Springer Spaniel.
